Get in Touch — We Respond Within 24 Hours
Have a project in mind? Not sure what your building department requires? Upload your floor plans and we'll review them, confirm your municipality's requirements, and send a firm flat-rate quote within 24 hours. No hourly billing, no surprises. Not sure what you need? See our services overview or check our free design temperature lookup to confirm your municipality's requirements before you write.
Drag & drop your floor plans here
PDF, CAD, JPG, PNG — any format works. Multiple files OK.
I don't have full drawings yet — can I still contact you?
Yes. You don't need complete architectural drawings to get a quote. A rough floor plan sketch, a PDF from your designer, or even a photo of hand-drawn plans is enough to give us a scope and send a firm price. We'll tell you if we need anything else before we start. See our heat loss service page for what we need from you.
How do I know which service I need?
Select "Not sure — please advise" in the form. Tell us your municipality, your project type, and what stage you're at. We'll reply confirming exactly what your building department requires and quote accordingly. No obligation to proceed. You can also check our guide on why permit applications get rejected — it covers what documents every application needs.
I'm in a municipality that doesn't have a page on your site — do you still serve me?
Yes — we serve every Ontario municipality. See our Areas We Serve page for coverage details. Tell us your municipality in the contact form and we'll confirm the correct design temperature and submission requirements before quoting. Use our free design temperature lookup tool to check your municipality before you write.
Can I call instead of filling out the form?
Absolutely. Call 705-533-1633 Monday to Saturday, 8am–6pm. If you reach voicemail, leave your name, number, municipality, and a brief project description and we'll call back the same day. If you're building a full custom home — not just looking for HVAC engineering — icfhome.ca is the right starting point.
