Windsor Is the One Ontario City Where Oversizing for Winter Ruins the Summer

At -16°C, Windsor has the mildest design temperature of any major Ontario city — and the hottest, most humid summers. That combination inverts the usual Ontario mistake: equipment picked by heating rules of thumb ends up so oversized for the 8-month cooling-and-shoulder season that it short-cycles, dehumidifies poorly, and costs more to run.
